On August 1, 2004 Lex joined Home Settlement Centre in the capacity of Settlement Attorney and Regional Counsel. In addition to handling closings for HSC, he looks forward to providing you with advice on legal, accounting and tax issues and teaching continuing education classes for agents of Re/Max Realty Centre.

Þ            Lex held the position of Senior Tax Accountant with Touche Ross in Washington, D.C. from 1986 to 1988, then as Tax Manager for Deloitte Touche in Cincinnati, Ohio from 1988 to 1991.

Þ            He served as an Adjunct Faculty Member to the University of Cincinnati from 1991 to 1994, teaching taxation business law, accounting and economics.

Þ            From 1994 to 2004 he directed the Fountainhead Title Group, leading the company through 10 years of dynamic growth to its current position as the largest title company in the Mid-Atlantic.

Þ            He is currently a member of the law firm Bouland & Brush, LLC and is also an Adjunct Faculty Member for Villa Julie College in Stevenson, Maryland, where he teaches tax accounting.
